Las Vegas is hot, super hot. The best way to cool off and spend part of your day is at the pool. All the hotels have a pool but some are definitely better than others. Here are what we consider to be the best pools in Las Vegas.

Best Hotel Pools in Las Vegas

Cosmopolitan Boulevard PoolCosmopolitan's boulevard-pool

Cosmopolitan has several pools, but its Boulevard Pool is exceptional. You can sunbathe, eat, play pool or video games, and more. Not to mention the killer views of the strip. Check today’s rates.

Best Pools in Vegas for Families

Mandalay BeachMandalay Bay Pool

During the summer Mandalay’s 11-acre pool and beach area is a great place to take the kids. The swimming pool is quite enjoyable because the water is heated.

The wave pool is the best hotel wave pool in Vegas. The waves are strong and there is a height restriction of 48 inches. This means if your kids are shorter than that, they will not be able to use the wave pool without an adult.

The lazy river is heated too and is a decent length around. It is only 3 1/2 feet deep. The hotel does not provide tubes to float in, but they will sell you an expensive tube, so be sure to bring your own!

Non-Hotel guests are welcome to The Beach with paid admission. Valid Monday – Thursday. Please call Cabana Reservations at 877.305.3136 for reservations and questions. Subject to availability. Blackout dates: July 2-8. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

Golden NuggetThe Tank pool at the Golden Nugget

Get ready to make a splash at The Tank at the Golden Nugget! With its thrilling 30-foot waterslide through a 200-gallon shark aquarium that you can swim around and a relaxing infinity pool, it’s perfect for families or an adults-only getaway.

Savor sea life at the main pool with drinks at H2O Bar & Grille nearby. Or take things slow atop level three where eight plush cabanas await – plus a bar stocked with your favorite beverages. An unforgettable aquatic adventure awaits! Expedia has Golden Nugget rooms for $49 and Orbitz has rooms for $59.

Trump Las Vegas Pool

Unlike many of the hotels, the Trump hotel only has one pool. Because it is one of the smaller hotels and does not have a casino it tends to be a little more low-key. There’s usually a DJ. Check current rates.

Caesars Palace PoolCaesars Palace Pool

Whether you’re looking to take a dip in one of their luxurious pools or lounge around and soak up the sun, Caesars Palace pools have something for everyone. With amenities like cabanas, daybeds, and bars, these pools have become one of the most popular attractions in Vegas. Get Travel Insurance

Unfortunately, there are a lot of things that can go wrong on any trip. Be prepared for the worst with travel insurance. We use Travelex or Safety Wing (often cheaper).

Book Flights

I use Skyscanner to find flights. I use it so much, I wrote an entire guide to finding cheap flights with Skyscanner! My second favorite site to find flights is Momondo, another great site for finding cheap flights.

Book a Place to Stay

I recommend using Expedia.com or Hotels.com for most hotel bookings. I prefer to book directly with Marriott when I stay there because of their excellent military discount.

If you prefer staying in a vacation rental instead, I recommend VRBO.

Rent Clothes

Rent clothes for your trip with Travel Style Expert for only $50 a month! The first 30 days are free!

Choose Activities and Tours

To find great activities in any area I use Get Your Guide and Viator. If we are visiting a city with lots of popular attractions I always check CityPass and GoCard to see if they have discount cards available.

When I want to book a full-on multi-day tour I use TourRadar. They’ve got fantastic weekly deals. If I am going somewhere in Mexico or the Caribbean I use Apple Vacations.

Rent a Car or Take a Lyft

More often than not Lyft is cheaper than Uber. Use my Lyft link for an $18 credit! For a car rental in any country, I recommend Discover Cars.
