Magic Treehouse
Upon arrival, my family and I were greeted by a field full of wildflowers and roaming cows as we drove through the cattle ranch to the Magical Treehouse. Each family is provided with their own accommodations. We stayed in a one-of-a-kind private treehouse, equipped with all of the necessary amenities like a kitchen, dining area, and cozy beds. I had everything I needed to cook full meals including a gas grill in the outdoor dining area. I highly appreciated the coffee bar complete with everything I needed to get my day started each morning. I made breakfast most mornings but we were so close to downtown Weatherford we drove into town one morning for breakfast.
The Magic Treehouse is outfitted with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and unforgettable, and the decorations will add to the magic of your stay. Our treehouse was adorned with twinkling fairy lights and rustic decor that took us back in time.
The treehouse itself offers endless opportunities for imaginative play for the little ones, whether they want to pretend they’re living in a castle in the sky or a secret hideout in the woods. They will definitely love the slide and hanging out in the bunk room with friends or cousins!

See the Animals
The ranch offers a petting zoo full of friendly animals like goats, sheep, and llamas, that the kids can visit and interact with. Feeding the animals & collecting eggs requires a reservation and costs $12.
Swings
Down in the river area are four or five swings.
Dig for Petrified Wood
Discover ancient arrowheads and petrified wood! Back in the day, the Comanche tribe was active along the Brazos River. Even when the settlers arrived in the mid-1800s, the Comanches were here. Kids will love going on a treasure hunt and uncover the secrets of this legendary land!
Swim in the River
Kayaks, tubes & paddle boards are provided. But there are not that many tubes and all of them were taken when we went to the river. I regretted not bringing our own. There are also picnic tables there if you want to have a picnic.
Paint a rock
Kids can paint a river rock. They can add it to the collection of others, hide it, or take it home.
Ax Throwing
Ax throwing is available if you make a reservation 24 hours in advance. The cost is $29 an hour and you do have to be supervised. This is located near the big red barn that you can hang out in.
